If you want to talk about your feelings and uncover the causes of your issue before working through them, Counselling is ideal. HOWEVER, if you want to feel better or change a habit then specific techniques may be appropriate. Often we'll use a blend of methods, it's different for each person. You'll achieve more when we work in a way that feels comfortable for you. I am now working online via video call.
