It's tailored to suit your personality & achieve faster, long term results. I offer short to medium term therapy & longer when required. If you want to talk about your feelings and uncover the causes of your issue before working through them, Counselling is ideal. HOWEVER, if you want to feel better or change a habit then Hypnotherapy or CBT/NLP is more likely to suit you. Often we'll use a blend of methods - it's different for each individual. You'll achieve more when we work in a way that feels comfortable for you. Good therapy isn't about a one size fits all approach! I specialise in Anxiety based issues including Panic Attacks, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Panic Disorder & Phobias.
