Integrative Therapy: My approach
Good therapy isn't about a one size fits all approach!
If you want to talk about your feelings and uncover the causes of your issue before working through them, Counselling is ideal.
If you want to resolve a specific issue, like a Phobia, Anxiety or Post Traumatic Stress symptoms, then specific techniques may be required. Often we'll use a blend of methods, it's different for each person. I work short to medium term, usually 6-20 weeks, with a focus on resolving a specific problem or set of issues.
