It's tailored to suit your personality & aims to achieve faster, long term results. I offer short to medium term therapy & longer when required. If you want to talk about your feelings and uncover the causes of your issue before working through them, Counselling is ideal. HOWEVER, if you want to feel better or change a habit then Hypnotherapy or CBT/NLP techniques could suit you. Often we'll use a blend of methods - it's different for each individual. You'll achieve more when we work in a way that feels comfortable for you. Good therapy isn't about a one size fits all approach! I specialise in Anxiety based issues including Panic Attacks, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, Panic Disorder & Phobias. I am now working online via video call & don't offer telephone or in person sessions.
